Upcoming Work

These are descriptions of my upcoming work.... there is no eta on these vids. Its just an idea of what's going on. I don't always work non-stop til a video is done... life gets in the way. Some of these are weeks old, some of them are brand new. Many of these are waiting forthe season five DVDs to be released (December 9th... I can't wait til then.. hehe), and then the necessary time for me to rip them. I also have plenty of ideas for preview videos, butthose are not listed here, simply because they're too unpredictable. Sometimes I have and idea and don't finish it til two weeks later, sometimes its only a matter of hours.

Music Videos

The Unchosen One

A Faith character study. It's set to the instrumental song "eternal" by Evanescence, and retraces Faith's journey to evil and back again... from Faith, Hope, and Trick to Five by Five. It's a very complicated video... tech-wise. But I have bits of it done, and I'm totally loving it so far.

Moments

This is.. unclassifiable. It's set to a looped and edited version of Robert Duncan's score to Chosen (the fight scenes)... Simply put, an account of all the important moments in BtVS history. General moments, and those specific to Buffy, Xander, Willow, and Giles. Also a very technically difficult vid, but progressing well.

Lie To Me

A movie-trailer-style promo for Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the series as a whole. Its about three minutes long and a mixture of two Brand X songs (Revolution and Honor & Glory), as well as Adagio (choral version). Pretty hard to explain or describe, but the only things delaying this vid are a blending issue, and some busy work. I hope it will be done soon.

No Rules

A movie-trailer-style promo for Angel's season five. Including a small recap of season four. This has barely begun production, but its set to a score by Dan Neilson. Many of you would recognize the music from the commercials for the new games and DVDs for Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.

Can't Stop

Willow/Tara music vid. Set to Gemma Hayes' 4:35am. This isn't all their dramatic moments, nor does it include Tara's death. Its simply the small things that would have meant the most to Willow. Inspired by a fic written by my good friend, thebigpineapple. This vid is waiting on the season five DVDs.... A lot of vids are waiting on those acutually. Once they are released, and I rip the episodes, I hope to complete this video fairly quickly.

Hold the Balance

A new Spuffy video. Set to Sarah McLachlan Answer, off her new album Afterglow. I honestly haven't worked much on this. Just started it really.... I don't expect it to be a chronological account or anything of the liking... The lyrics will be paralleled to Spike's point of view, and be sort of a reflection.... yea, I'm spouting BS as this point. I really don't know right now how it will turn out, but there will be spuffy goodness, I guarantee. I'd have it no other way ;)

Voices from the Past

For those of you who have a copy of the leaked script to Chosen, the series finale, there's a scene that never aired (I'm not sure if it was filmed or not) where, after Willow and Xander go their seperate ways in the high school hallway, Buffy walks alone and hears voices from the past.. her best friends, seasons one to seven. I have... multiple versions of this vid planned. The first, and the one I'm most working on, is a montage of scenes from Chosen, set to the audio clips from the series. Another, will be... "script worthy", as in it will be as close to the scene Joss wrote as I can make it. There are a couple of other version I'm flirting with, but I don't know if and when I will make them. All of these vids are set to Robert Duncan's score from Chosen, specifically music from the last few scenes in the episode.
